"When God created man and woman, he was thinking, 'Who shall I give the power to, to give birth to the next human being?' And God chose woman. And this is the big evidence that women are powerful." -----Malala Yousafzai
That “equality law” attacks women, religion and liberty. It is time to uncover the lies. “Equality Act” is not about prevention. In fact, it encourages even more deadly discrimination against morality. The "Equality Act" seeks to get rid of any segregation on the basis of gender. They claim to accept the same protection against "gender identity" discrimination related to race and gender. The problem is that natural law, science, and religion all believe that humans differ as male and female, which makes gender a reality. However, sexual orientation is not thematically variable and determined by the same goal of race and gender determination. In other words, race and gender are virtually defined, but gender identity depends solely on the individual's own desires and is not realistically determined. At one moment a person can decide what they want to identify with one gender and the next moment they can change their mind and identify with the other gender. This kind of subjective reality is very dangerous and unpredictable. Another point that highlights the right to fight for and vote for the minorities, and the right to work, is the discrimination faced by government buses and water fountains. There is no such discrimination against the transgender group.
"It took me quite a long time to develop a voice and now that I have it, I am not going to be silent.” – Madeleine Albright

In India Gender Equality (2020). Gender inequality has plagued our society since the dawn of time and has transcended race, culture and religion. In our contemporary society we all too often think of gender inequality as an issue of the past.Due to its inconspicuous nature, discrimination on the basis of gender often evades scrutiny. This is troubling because although laws against discrimination based on gender do exist, as it stands there are no laws in Victoria which seek to combat gender inequality in the public sector and in the broader community. This only reaffirms the importance of the Gender Equality Bill, as it will help catalyze a shift in the Victorian public sector, councils and universities, and through that have some influence on the private and non-profit sectors. The imbalance within the public sector is darkly stark, with 44 per cent of its executive positions being held by women. An 11 per cent pay gap exists, which correlates with the 2019 Victorian Public Sector Commission finding that women tend to be paid at the lowest end of salary scales. In fact in Victoria women earn on average 87.6 cents to every dollar earned by men and, furthermore,do nearly twice as much unpaid and unrecognised work. Therefore we must ask ourselves, 'Is it okay for our daughters to earn 12.4 cents lesson the dollar than our sons? Is it okay for our sisters to work an average of 56 more days per year to receive the same pay as our brothers?'. The issue of gender inequality is insidious and its impact adverse. Indeed almost every facet of society bears the burden of such a societal imbalance. With one in every two mothers experiencing discrimination in the workplace during pregnancy, it is clear that the reach of discrimination knows no bounds. It is likely that our mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, partners and friends have experienced a form of inequality at university or in the workplace. Beyond it impeding productivity in the workplace, inequality also fosters a culture in which disrespect and violence against women are perpetuated. In Australia one in three women over 15 years of age has experienced physical violence. Family violence also contributes to more older women being at risk of homelessness than men. The issue of gender inequality remains persistent, and for women from culturally diverse communities in particular it is often combined with racial discrimination. As such, the necessity of this bill cannot be denied. We must be proactive in creating an environment in which gender is not an impediment. We need contributions from all people in our society, regardless of their genders. . Also, on another note, as someone who has been involved in STEM and STEM education for a number of years, I was dismayed to realize that the number of women working and studying in science, engineering, technology and mathematics is highly disproportionate to the number of men in the field. A mere 27 per cent of the STEM workforce is comprised of women, and only one in four IT graduates and fewer than one in 10 engineering graduates are women. A field in which the ratio of male to female workers and students is so skewed acts as a deterrent to women who would otherwise be an asset to the field. We are not talking only about women; the Gender Equality is equally applicable to men and to people who identify themselves as male and female. As such, the is aimed to increase the productivity and profitability of the public sector as well as the private and non-profit sector. I take the example of the medical professional fields. On the one hand, of the medical doctors 60 per cent of medical practitioners are men, and stories of women in that field being discriminated against and even bullied and having to quit the field are not unheard of. On the other hand, for the nurses, which our country and particularly Victoria is very much in need of, there is a big shortage. Only 11 per cent are men. So with the encouragement of men and of other genders to join those particular professions we would have an increase in productivity and also address the shortage we are facing. In Australia organisation. I would like to highlight:Tradeswomen Australia is campaigning to address the lack of women across 62 trades in Australia, where despite shortages in many trades, the participation rate of women is at an appalling 2 per cent-the same level it has been for around 25 years. So this also establishes the public sector gender equality commissioner. The main task is to advocate and to advance and promote the objects of the bill across the public sector and also to collaboratively help defined entities to meet their obligations. This is the first of its kind in any jurisdiction in Australia. We can achieve this. We do need legislation in gender equality to drive systemic structural and cultural change in order to obtain the objectives. As such, it is my belief that I have no other choice but to fully support the Gender Equality for a future.
“As women, we have to start appreciating our own worth and each other’s worth. Seek out strong women to befriend, to align yourself with, to learn from, to collaborate with, to be inspired by, to support, and enlightened by.” – Madonna

Girls tow makes it more difficult to excel in sports. For example, if a school has full-fledged boys, they are perceived as girls and they are only playing against the girls' team. It will be at the climax between the All Boys Team and the All Girl Team. It is scientifically confirmed that sports have an advantage over women. Stronger, faster, and jumper than men.The "Equality Act" also seeks to neutralize gender lines for everyone's gender. Birth is now considered discrimination based on traditional gender identity. They claim that gender identity is subjective and that each person can determine his or her gender. It is an attack on our God-given gender and gender differences.
This blurs the lines between males and females and ultimately causes more confusion. "You do not do what we do today - every man does what he see? The "law of equality" is also aggressive against religious liberty. They say that religion cannot discriminate on the basis of gender identity. It throws churches, temples and other religious places into moral dilemma, telling the world that education against sin is indeed discriminatory and boastful. This "equality law" violates our liberty rights, which are enshrined in the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, specifically our freedom of speech and religious freedom. Children of same-sex and transgender couples are required to be placed in religious orphanages and foster homes. It is a violation of communalism and religious freedom.
"I measure the progress of a community by the degree of progress which women have achieved." --- B. R. Ambedkar

So changes in how we do work adds a further layer of complexity in terms of how power relations play out in paid employment so for example job security is now much a thing of the past people don't tend to have a job for life and in cultures of austerity that might lend itself to power abuse alongside this we've seen a rise in digital technologies which have enabled flexible ways of working and what we've seen now is that there is an increased blurring of professional and personal identities so it's less clear when people are on and off the job this might make it more difficult for people to seek out or know when to seek out legal address for sexual harassment these work changes are occurring in highly sexualized cultural contexts so although the 21st century has seen an increased range of new and empowered positions for girls to take up it's also the case that being attractive and sexy are expectations that are built in to some working environments so similarly while social media can act as spaces for doing kind of more autonomous and empowered meanings of girl and womanhood it's also the case that they can act as sites of body surveillance so what we also see as an increased emphasis are visual imperatives around being hot and sexy and this adds a layer of complexity when young girls and women are trying to build their identities both on and offline the 21st century living presents new challenges and changes for understanding the conditions that give rise to sexual harassment but the increases in gender equality also paved the way from new challenges to be made and this I think can be seen in the way sin which sexual harassers have been held to account in much of the reporting of cases this year and this contrasts with how it was reported say for example in the 1990's where sexual harassment was variously sexed up or understood as a blip in the dating process so when high-profile cases for perpetuate the notion that sexual harassers and naturally sexually predatory we might lose sight of how femininity and masculinity become relevant to everyone when we're trying to make sense of ourselves in 21st century life and importantly what we need to make sure of is that we don't the space where we can hear stories that don't conform to typical patterns of sexual predators and most often young female victims so it is complicated for me to understand the equality because being a women I always inspired by the women's of my family and all are well known of their pride and respect and set an example for me. Well everyone has his own opinion But I am not happy or in favor of biased opinions ,still changing world doesn't favor the women equality which we women's not accept and we have an example of some powerful women's like Muniba Mazari, Michelle Obama,Operaha Winfrey, Hillary Clinton and there is very big list..... so we (women's)always fight for the equality until we achieve it.
"A gender-equal society would be one where the word 'gender' does not exist: where everyone can be themselves."
— Gloria Steinem
