You want to break away from the whole race, the whole business - the demonic creature will dominate you. If you have anxiety, if you have post traumatic stress disorder, if you have any mental health condition, it's not something that should be taken care of. Depression, anxiety, analgesics, it is a natural part of the process of strengthening oneself. The thing that keeps one alive is the sense of the future. That was tomorrow so I had to do it and after that day. Get started and I'm going to tell you now, it's not that easy. It gets harder because life is hard. This is life. Withdrawal, one of the most important things you can feel is irate. Someone said I had space and you lost an arm and a leg, so you were right to be upset and I just stayed and I think the disappointment is real. The nominee you're going to now doesn't mean it's over. We often think about the pressures we are dealing with, and we feel that there is no light or dark at the end of the tunnel. Everything you can see is dark and everything you are trying to do can help you turn the right face and you cannot lift yourself up. You don't even have to go through something traumatic. Something you know, some traumatic cause can be a chemical imbalance in the brain. There is well-lit at the end of the tunnel. Life is hard. Life is challenging - there are ups and downs - these are the challenges you have to face, and they try their best to make you worse. Don't let them. Of course, you have to work, you have to work to show, you want your team, you want life, you want your family, life is enough to live.

 Depression is not normal ​​and one should be grateful because it allows you to manage back on the  level. I was speaking what was in my heart and when I was closing my speech, I mentioned some frustration when I was coming out of the winter months and it struck me again, I went in last winter and saw a doctor so it was on my mind and it came and I say, I thought that the people of the generation were no different from what I was saying. When I walked out of the venue and they raised the number of people thanking me for talking about mental health, and I thought they didn't want to listen. I thought it was off the line. We should not talk about going out because it is not just about this generation, but people- people are over-identified and there is a problem and if we talk about it too much it is easy for people. It was about being honest with him and getting their help. Problems and facing them. Face them, fight them. Do not let them leave you, do not personally recognize your frustration. Watch this because you will see spring and summer again and winter again when you see it at night. It will be night again tonight. On the other side of your pain, hold on to the basic virtue of good spirit. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Never mind that you are going to the right and it is not the end. Stand up, dig out those challenges from the source, lift yourself up, they lift you up, make them stronger with your demands and their actions. The negativity you face today will make you a better person. You are worth more than diamonds, all diamonds in the world are so precious, you have every heart. I want you to know that no matter what happens in life, no matter how low you are, no matter how bad your situation is, it is not the end, this is not the end of your story. Life. That's not the last chapter. Be tough now, but if you stay there, stop for a while, and if you are committed to using this painful moment and use this pain, increase your character. You can find more meaning to it by using it. Over time you will find that you can change your life and help others who are going through global struggles, which is currently in the midst of an unhealthy health crisis, with half of the population being depressed rather than reaching queue at some point throughout life. What is important is that we learn how to get down and change it because we believe we can create negative feelings or not and we can also make sure that we can turn our lives around. Obviously someone gets discouraged, always comes down to coherent thinking, and the coherent belief we have allows me to say that we come back to the coherent thoughts that cause anyone, and according to consistent beliefs, the thing here is that any person is depressed. Because an outsider who has nothing to do with their life has lost something outside of their contractor or lost something beyond their control at school, we are afraid to get a job but no one will teach us how to be in a state of happiness.

No one teaches us how important our conscious and unconscious thoughts and associations are. Our happiness is worth more than a job. Before you say yes and happiness will not pay my bills, pay your bills when you feel happy. When you first pick yourself up and adopt the goods of the world you are ten times more powerful and active in your life. 'Some have seen, many believe that this is the end of their lives, because they think they are not very good, a believer has told them that these people do not deserve it, and many people are jealous of envy. If that is not enough, you should value yourself enough to take the time for each singleton to work, to make sure that you are a positively impacted world. Of course that life is suddenly right, the same life cycle shows, but if your mind is strong, your mind is calm and your reaction to challenging times is very different. Then others will look at you with joy but not with hope because your strength will be their hope. You can trust the really powerful. You can dig up a sad story, you can relieve the pain and you can focus on it. How you respond, read positively to all of you, get your mind in a positive place. Take steps to make sure that you are in a better position the next time you suffer. We all Face Anxiety At a point Of life

 What will sometimes haunt my dreams still is just like a general feeling of morose, anxiety everyone experiences a version of anxiety or worry in their lives. I don't know why I opened up and talked about it but I guess I was just sick and tired of just having it inside of me for some years and I was ready to make a change. I find out that part of my identity is saying no to things. You have lots of people around you, that tell you all day what you have to do but it’s your right to choose what to do and don’t do. It’s your right to choose what you believe in and what you don’t believe in is your right to curate your life and your own perspective.

 We all go through things, we all go through struggles, right? There’s probably everyone here that goes through struggles the same exact way and I think that’s what we all have to realize. It’s something that every single person goes through And maybe we go through it in a different or more intense way for longer periods of time , there’s nothing wrong with you to be easily affected person that cares a lot, that takes things in a deep way is actually part of what makes you amazing. I also struggled a lot with anxiety and depression if you start to feel like you’re twisting things around you and you start to feel like there’s no sunlight around you And you are paralyzed with fear.

 Here’s how you can help yourself First you have to understand what anxiety is and you have to understand the connection between worry which something we all do and self-doubt which something we all do . Anxiety, is what happens when your habit of worrying spirals out of control it’s important for you to foundation ally understand that anxiety and worry are the same thing, It’s just your body starts to get agitated and that’s when we call worrying anxiety Your heart races, you might sweat a little bit you might feel tightening in your chest might feel a pit in your stomach you have a surge of cortisol.

 You can actually beat it. This is how you gonna do it, so all day long you going to have moments where your thoughts drift like you'll just be hanging out with your friends and then, suddenly you like I’m not sure that that person likes me anymore you know I haven’t heard from my known lately I wonder if they are dead you know oh, you know what check like,you just start worrying about stuff why? because it’s a habit Because when you’re not paying attention your brain shifts from you being a decision maker and paying attention, to you just kinda spinning things on auto-pilot and one of your habits is worrying.

 The second you wake up then you notice holy cow I’m talking some negative garbage to myself right now 5.4.3.2.1 You've just shifted the part of the brain You've shifted from the basal ganglia, which is where your habit loops are spinning and you've awakened your prefrontal cortex. You've, also interrupted that pattern Now what you going to do because your mind is actually ready to receive a different thought because of the counting Now you can put in an anchor thought, Like if you’ve a monitor If you’ve got a vision about the way that  your business is gonna turn out in five years If you just have a thought that makes you really happy and proud in a sort that Now, why is this work? It works because of the counting and I’m not kidding.

 Based on some research, that positive thinking alone, not effective. sometimes we are trying to force our self to think positive can actually make the worries worse, why? Well, the reason, why is because it's really hard to just change the channel. What we have to do is basically turn off the TV and then turn it back on with the prefrontal cortex awakened. So the counting is important and so you can start using this today. And the problem that I have with anxiety is the physiological side of it I got shallow breathing Rapid heart rate and most terrifyingly the blood is actually leaving the prefrontal cortex and so you're getting into a position where your higher-level cognition is actually being shut down because it doesn't have blood flow and then I began to visualize that what I was trying to do?

 Was get myself into a calm state where the blood could actually go back to the places that i needed it So that my higher-level ability to rise in, would kick back in. The first thing that I started to do to be able to consciously control that was meditate, In meditating what you're learning to do at least for me and I don't consider myself a meditation expert by any means but this was one of the huge ones for me, and meditating was learning to breathe from my diaphragm Even one breath from my diaphragm had a really big impact breathing from your diaphragm instead of from your chest, right so most people breathe like this. And it's all in your upper chest,you're not getting a very deep breath So in meditating and learning to breathe from your diaphragm and learning to consciously calm yourself down meaning you're lowering your heart rate, you're breathing much more deeply from the diaphragm. Getting the blood reallocated to the parts of the brain that are actually useful That meditating was my first step into that Now, when there are really hard times.

 There are so many tools that you can use to help yourself in those times and it does get better and easier as life goes on and you start to get to know yourself more And what will trigger certain instances of anxiety and where you feel comfortable and safe so I’m just saying don’t ever feel like you’re a weirdo because we're all weirdos.

 I will never do it it's so difficult know these defects can be removed and that is the positive part of it so how will they be removed he gives us the formula their replaceable formula and that is practice practice practice practice there is no other alternative to practice everything that we accomplished in the world was to practice when we learnt typing on the first day it was such a struggle you have to search for each letter and then when you be typing for one year your fingers are flying on the keyboard at the speed of 80 words a minute now somebody comes and sees wow you type so fast do you have some yogic sites of mystic power not a--not, it is the result of one year's practice.

आज  १६ जून है  आज दो दिन हो गए हैं,  खबर सुने के शुशांत सिंह राजपूत को  भगवान् के घर गये हुए बस विश्वास नहीं हो रहा है के  ऐसा शानदार इंसान और अभिनेता अब इस दुनिया को छोड़ कर चला गया है ,उनके पुरे परिवार के साथ मेरी सहानुभूति है और  भगवान् उन्हें इस मुश्किल  घड़ी में दुःख सेहन करने की हिम्मत दे और  शुशांत  सिंह राजपूत  की आत्मा को शान्ति दे । उनके परिवार के सदस्य (शुशांत सिंह राजपूत )की कमी कोई पूरी नहीं कर सकता है। एक पिता को उसका बेटा कोई नहीं लौटा सकता है ,बहनो को उनका भाई जो रक्षाबंधन पर उनकी रक्षा का वादा करता है  नहीं लौटा सकता है।  लोग बस कुछ  समय के लिए याद करेंगे सुशांत  सिंह राजपूत को  बस एक  परिवार है जो हर ख़ुशी में हर त्यौहार में उनकी यादों को याद करेगा एक पल  भी ऐसा नहीं जायेगा जब एक पिता को अपने बेटे की याद नहीं आएगी.. "जिस माँ  को वो याद कर रहे थे आज उसी की गोद में चले गए" , न्यूज़ में इतना  कुछ चल रहा है बस समझ नहीं आता है  लोग किसी क जाने के बाद ही क्यों उसकी फ़िक्र करने लगते हैं।  इंसान जब सामने था तब तो उसे किसी ने पूछा नहीं अब जाने क बाद सब बोलते हैं क हमे   पता होता के वो ऐसे दौर  से गुजर रहा था तो हम सहायता करते। ये हाथ पहले क्यों नहीं आये सामने मदद के लिए और वो कान कहाँ गए जो उसे सुन सकते  सकते थे उसके मन  में क्या चल रहा था  किसी ने कभी जानने की कोशिश क्यों नहीं की ?मैं हैरान हूँ के  कोई इतने लोगों क साथ और इतनी भीड़  में  भी क्या कोई एक इंसान ऐसा नहीं  था जो उन्हें सुन सकता उनकी मनोस्थिति  को जान सकता ? आज न्यूज़ में आ रहा है क वो 'डिप्रेशन 'की  वजह से  ऐसा किया उन्होंन ,डिप्रेशन  का मतलब ये नहीं है के वो इंसान पागल है, मानसिक रूप से असन्तुलित  है  या कमजोर है। हमारा समाज कब इस बात को स्वीकार करेगा के "डिप्रेशन " सिर्फ एक  ज़िन्दगी का दौर है जो हर इंसान की लाइफ में आता है  कोई बीमारी नहीं है। इस  आधार पर आप किसी भी इंसान की ताकत या कमजोरी तय  नहीं कर सकते हो के वो कैसा है।  मैंने कहीं पढ़ा था के  "डिप्रेशन  में चोट लगने जैसा नहीं है  के लहू बहता है ,वो  हड्डी टूटने जैसा नहीं जो दर्द हो ,इसके निशाँ  नहीं दीखते हैं शरीर पर " ,ये ऐसी स्थिति है जो सामने नहीं दिखती है ,परन्तु दर्द उतना ही देती है मन पर ।  मैंने उनकी सभी फिल्मे  तो नहीं देखि हैं परन्तु  सुना यही है क शुशांत सिंह राजपूत ने "छिछोरे" में जो अभिनय किया है वो बहुत ही  बढ़िया था  जिसकी कहानी  ही सारी "सुसाइड  इस नॉट सलूशन"पर आधारित थी  वो इंसान कैसे इतना बड़ा कदम उठा सकता है और वो कमजोर तो कभी हो ही नहीं सकता।  हमारे  समाज , लोगो को और सभी और डिप्रेशन के बारे में आगे आकर इसकी लोगों तक जाकारी पहुँचाने की जरुरत है और सबसे पहले  इसे स्वीकार करने की जरुरत है और सकारात्मकता और सम्वेदनशीलता  के साथ।
