If you have anxiety, if you have post traumatic stress disorder, if you have any mental health condition, it's not something that should be taken care of. Depression, anxiety, analgesics, it is a natural part of the process of strengthening oneself. The thing that keeps one alive is the sense of the future. That was tomorrow so I had to do it and after that day. Get started and I'm going to tell you now, it's not that easy. It gets harder because life is hard. This is life. Withdrawal, one of the most important things you can feel is irate. We often think about the pressures we are dealing with, and we feel that there is no light or dark at the end of the tunnel.  Depression is not normal ​​and one should be grateful because it allows you to manage back on the  level. I was speaking what was in my heart and when I was closing my speech, I mentioned some frustration when I was coming out of the winter months and it struck me again, I went in last winter and saw a doctor so it was on my mind and it came and I say, I thought that the people of the generation were no different from what I was saying. When I walked out of the venue and they raised the number of people thanking me for talking about mental health, and I thought they didn't want to listen. I thought it was off the line. We should not talk about going out because it is not just about this generation, but people- people are over-identified and there is a problem and if we talk about it too much it is easy for people. It was about being honest with him and getting their help. Problems and facing them. Face them, fight them. Do not let them leave you, do not personally recognize your frustration. Watch this because you will see spring and summer again and winter again when you see it at night. It will be night again tonight. On the other side of your pain, hold on to the basic virtue of good spirit. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Never mind that you are going to the right and it is not the end. Stand up, dig out those challenges from the source, lift yourself up, they lift you up, make them stronger with your demands and their actions. The negativity you face today will make you a better person. You are worth more than diamonds, all diamonds in the world are so precious, you have every heart. You Can Do Anything Life is not always good, life is not always bright but life is precious. Another thing is that if you do this every day, it creates an extraordinary situation in terms of the mental health you are struggling with and you exercise every day.

I want you to know that no matter what happens in life, no matter how low you are, no matter how bad your situation is, it is not the end, this is not the end of your story. Life. That's not the last chapter. Be tough now, but if you stay there, stop for a while, and if you are committed to using this painful moment and use this pain, increase your character. You can find more meaning to it by using it. Over time you will find that you can change your life and help others who are going through global struggles, which is currently in the midst of an unhealthy health crisis, with half of the population being depressed rather than reaching queue at some point throughout life. What is important is that we learn how to get down and change it because we believe we can create negative feelings or not and we can also make sure that we can turn our lives around. Turn around and be a positive change for others. Obviously someone gets discouraged, always comes down to coherent thinking, and the coherent belief we have allows me to say that we come back to the coherent thoughts that cause anyone, and according to consistent beliefs, the thing here is that any person is depressed. Because an outsider who has nothing to do with their life has lost something outside of their contractor or lost something beyond their control at school, we are afraid to get a job but no one will teach us how to be in a state of happiness.

No one teaches us how important our conscious and unconscious thoughts and associations are. Our happiness is worth more than a job. Before you say yes and happiness will not pay my bills, pay your bills when you feel happy. When you first pick yourself up and adopt the goods of the world you are ten times more powerful and active in your life. 'Some have seen, many believe that this is the end of their lives, because they think they are not very good, a believer has told them that these people do not deserve it, and many people are jealous of envy. If that is not enough, you should value yourself enough to take the time for each singleton to work, to make sure that you are a positively impacted world. Of course that life is suddenly right, the same life cycle shows, but if your mind is strong, your mind is calm and your reaction to challenging times is very different. Then others will look at you with joy but not with hope because your strength will be their hope. You can trust the really powerful. You can dig up a sad story, you can relieve the pain and you can focus on it. How you respond, read positively to all of you, get your mind in a positive place. Take steps to make sure that you are in a better position the next time you suffer.
